Automated conformity assessment
Nobody accepts homework graded by the person who did it.
Karlos.ai is the check that sits between counterparties. A file goes in — audio, a document, a drawing, a set of measurements. It is tested against the rules that govern it, anything questionable is routed to a named person to resolve, and what comes out is a certificate recording who decided what, and why.
The gap
Every regulated exchange has at least two parties and a rule set — and none of them can credibly certify the outcome.
A broadcaster, the advertiser paying for the spot, and the regulator who may ask about it later. A prime contractor, the supplier machining the part, and the customer accepting delivery. Each of them needs the same piece of evidence, and each has an obvious stake in what it says.
So the work gets done by hand, late, by people who are already short-staffed — or it does not get done at all, and the risk is simply carried.
The platform
One engine underneath. A rule set and a front end on top.
The hard parts do not change between industries: retaining the artifact, testing it clause by clause, moving disagreement through people, and issuing something durable at the end. Warrant does that once. Each product supplies the rules its industry argues about and the interface its reviewers live in.

CheckAir and Locksteps are live today. The open slots are the point: a new vertical is a register and a front end, not a new platform.
How a file becomes a certificate
Four stages, and a person at the one that counts.
Ingest
Whatever the industry produces, by upload or API. The original is retained and fingerprinted, so the exact artifact that was judged can still be produced years later.
Evaluate
Tested against a versioned register — public rules such as the FTC Endorsement Guides, or a customer’s own private specification. Every clause is answered, not only the ones that fail.
Review & remedy
Nothing passes into a certificate unread. A named person fixes the problem, approves it, or records why it is acceptable as it stands, with supporting files attached.
Certify
A signed document stating the verdict and carrying the reasoning behind it — including the flags that were approved anyway, and by whom.
The first product
CheckAir
LiveHost-read advertising converts because it is unscripted, which is exactly what makes it a liability. CheckAir listens to the catalogue, finds every paid endorsement, and tests each one against the FTC Endorsement Guides — before broadcast from a script, before publication from a submitted master, or after the fact across everything already aired.
Running against a live catalogue of 44 shows across 8 networks, on register version 2026.08.2.

Locksteps
LiveA drawing, a CMM report, and an RF package rarely tell the same story — and none of them can certify itself. Locksteps takes CAD, CMM, and RF artifacts and tests them against GD&T callouts, tolerance limits, stack-up chains, and mil-spec registers — before the first article leaves the floor, at incoming inspection, or across a lot already shipped.
GD&T
Callouts read from the CAD and answered against the measured part, feature by feature.
Tolerances
Each limit tested as written — bilateral, unilateral, and limit dimensioning alike.
Stack-up
Assembly chains evaluated so a passing part does not quietly fail the fit that matters.
Mil-spec
Defence and aerospace registers applied the same way as a customer’s private spec.
Why the certificate holds
An answer is cheap. Evidence that survives scrutiny is not.
It is not self-issued
The parties to a transaction cannot certify their own compliance and expect the other side, or a regulator, to take it at face value. The certificate is worth something precisely because the party relying on it did not produce it.
The evidence is kept
The file, its fingerprint, and the register version that judged it are retained together. A determination made today can be reproduced exactly in two years, when the original source has long since changed or disappeared.
Disagreement is recorded, not hidden
A clean certificate is not the only useful outcome. Where something was approved despite a flag, the document names who approved it and preserves the argument they made — which is the part that matters when it is later questioned.
